Hi Bunny Friends,  👋 🐰 👫

Your Bunny Teachers are sending you more big Hugs!!  🤗 Adrienne, Linda, Jean, Mary, Sara and Sandy have some exciting BUG activities that we hope you enjoy trying this week.

Now that Spring has finally arrived, you can feel the warm sun ☀️ and gentle when you are enjoying outside fun.  With this season change you will see the BUGS waking up from their long winter's rest and starting to get busy. If you look closely, you can see them crawling,  🐜 🐛 spinning webs,🕷 flying 🐝 🦋 and even hiding 🌳.

Here are some activities to help you discover more about BUGS and how important they are for the environment. 🌎

ENJOY!

STEM/GROSS MOTOR

A colorful paper craft where you cut out circles, half-circles, and various sized rectangles. Write the letter of your child’s name onto the larger shapes. Your child can then glue onto construction paper - while learning to spell out their names, they are also making an original bug. Use a fine tip marker to add eyes, antenna, and other features!

STEM/TURN TAKING

- Make a few copies of the following link. Cut some of the grids up into squares and leave some intact. Place the cut up squares in a bowl or face down on the table. Take turns choosing until you match all the pictures on the Bingo Grid./Insect Bingo Game
